​Content Strategists (4 positions)

• Author written content for educational and marketing content, e.g. social media posts, web copy, blog posts
• Support Photo and Video Editors with script writing
• Publish content on all platforms
• Coordinate with UM Communications Team, Product Team, and external youth organizations for cross-promotions
• Attend biweekly 1UP Creatives meeting
• Attend biweekly committee meetings to provide input on program events
• Strong communication and writing skills

Graphic Designers (4 positions)

• Create graphic design content for educational and marketing content, e.g. social media posts, web graphics, event materials and merchandise
• Attend biweekly 1UP Creatives meeting
• Attend biweekly committee meetings to provide input on program events
• Strong graphic design and web design skills

Photo and Video Editors (6 positions)

• Capture and edit program event photos and videos
• Direct and edit videos for educational and marketing content
• Attend biweekly 1UP Creatives meeting
• Attend biweekly committee meetings to provide input on program events
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills
