Photographer / Videographer

• Take awesome photos and videos at our events
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software an asset

Graphic Designer

• Design 1UP merchandise and event posters
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign an asset

President

• Lead and delegate tasks among executives
• Communicate with existing and potential partners and sponsors
• Represent executive team at biweekly Board of Directors meetings
• Represent 1UP at external events
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Director of Finance

• Track and manage all revenues and expenses
• Seek and apply for funding opportunities 
• Assist President in securing sponsorships
• Excel and basic accounting skills​

Director of Marketing

• Create marketing strategies for 1UP events and merchandise
• Manage graphic designers, photographers, and videographers
• Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Create content for monthly newsletter
• Strong graphic design, social media, and writing skills​

Director of Programs

(2 positions available)

• Plan and coordinate 1UP Conference and 1UP Leaders Lab with executives
• Manage guests and volunteers
• Strong organizational and communication skills​

Director of Events

• Plan and coordinate socials and fundraising events (tours, escape rooms, speaker series)
• Assist Director of Conference and Director of Leaders Lab with program planning
• Strong organizational and communication skills​

Director of Engagement

• Recruit and communicate with 1UP Fellows
• Recruit mentors for 1UP school chapters
• Recruit and manage volunteers
• Strong communication skills​​

Director of Technology

• Design and maintain 1UP website
• Develop 1UP app
• Web and app development skills are an asset
