Leaders Lab 2023 was a two day leadership training program that prepared high school students from across the GTA with the knowledge, resources, and mentorship needed to start a successful 1UP school chapter! 

The program included free workshops run by industry professionals on project management, experiences and mentorship in community building, and problem solving. 

With tours of downtown Toronto and case studies of visited areas, students were able to reimagine existing spaces and apply design principles to the world around them. 

The Leaders Lab equipped students with the skills and experience needed to be a youth leader in their communities and to bring urban planning and city building to their fellow high school students!
