Paul Pentikainen and Kishmita Arora are both municipal policy planners. They introduced students to placemaking in growing towns and shared about some of their innovative projects, including using Uber as public transit.

Tommy Tso is an architect with HoK and an instructor at OCAD University. Tommy provided students with a different perspective when learning about architecture and urban planning, activism and advocacy in a built environment. Whether the built environment is physical or online, Tommy encouraged youth to really tap into the potential of advocacy in any medium.
